How will I know if Midwest has received my order?

After you submit your order, you will get a conformation email letting you know your order is being processed and giving you your order number. If you do not receive the email, please contact Customer Service via our Contact page to contact us by email or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative.

If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by phone. If we can't reach you right away, we will contact you by email.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

Call us right away at (800) 377-4379. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order.

Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse where it is processed very quickly and shipped out.

If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by calling (800) 377-4379. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, we will not be able to make changes to the order and it will ship as is. If that is the case and you would like to place an additional order, log into your account to place another order or you can contact Customer Service via our Contact page to contact us by email or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative to place an additional order.

How do I use my PO's for ordering?

If you normally use Purchase Orders to pay for your office products, you must set up a revolving credit account with us. Contact Customer Service via our Contact page , or contact us by email at midwest@mofsupply.com, or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative to see if you qualify. You may also use a major credit card –– MasterCard, American Express, VISA, or Discover –– to pay for your order. Purchase Order numbers can be entered on the View Order page.

Why is sales tax added to my order?

Midwest charges sales tax on orders for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and California. If you are tax exempt, you need to fax over a tax exempt form to (940) 761-3920 or email your form to midwest@mofsupply.com. We will change your account to reflect your tax exempt status upon approval.

What do I do if I forget my UPS Tracking Number?

Your tracking number is included in the automatic Shipping Confirmation email. It is a good idea to save your the email or write down the number for future reference. If you forget or misplace your UPS Tracking Number, please contact Customer Service via our Contact page to contact us by email or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative.

How can I check the delivery status on my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on your tracking number. This will take you to the UPS website and show where your package is or if there are any delays or problems. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F excluding holidays. Keep in mind, UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, We cannot determine exact delivery time.

What if I do not receive my order by the Scheduled Delivery Date?

If you do not receive your order by 5 P.M. on the scheduled delivery date, please open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on your tracking number. This will take you to the UPS website and show where your package is or if there are any delays or problems. If you cannot track your order or you have any other problems, please contact Customer Service via our Contact page to contact us by email or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative. Keep in mind, UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.

Can I get my furniture order delivered the day after I place my order?

If the furniture you order is in stock, you will be able to receive it next day depending on how close you are to one of our forty-four distribution centers and whether it is a product that can be sent UPS. If it cannot be sent UPS, the standard freight wait time is 3-5 business days. If it is a special order furniture item, it will take the standard 4-6 weeks delivery lead time. You will be notified if there will be longer than normal shipping times.

What can I do if I want to place an order for delivery outside the continental United States?

We are happy to ship items outside the continental United States. Do not place the order on the website. You must contact Customer Service via our Contact page to contact us by email or call (800) 377-4379 to speak to a customer service representative to place an order. If you place the order on the web, it will result in a delay of your delivery.

If the site crashes, what happens to my order?

If the web site crashes while you are still placing items in your basket, those items should still be in your basket when you return to the site if you are a registered user or your browser accepts cookies.

If the web site crashes when you are authorizing an order, you should return to the site and submit it again. Our Internet associates check for duplicate orders. If we have questions about whether or not your order is duplicated we will contact you by phone or email.

Does the online catalog have the same selection as the one I have sent to me in the mail?

The regular paper catalog includes nearly all the items featured in the online catalog. Since paper catalogs are printed once a year, it will not show item deletions or additions that happen on a quarterly basis.
