Shipping Policy

All shipments are based upon stock availability. All items will be shipped Express Delivery. Next day delivery depends on how close the customer is to one of our 44 distribution centers across the U.S.A. 95% of deliveries will be delivered to the customer the next day. Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. (or 4:00 p.m. locally in the store) Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper restrictions. If a shipment is refused, a $30 fee will be charged to your account.

If an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, Midwest Office Supply will place the item on backorder and will be shipped when the item becomes available via Express Delivery. A back order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting us.

Due to certain restrictions, orders being shipped to an APO / FPO address should not be entered online. Entering orders online may result in a delayed delivery. Please email your order through our Contact Us page or fax your order in at (940) 761-3920.

Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and will be delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
